Qld: Man's death being treated as suspicious

The death of a 53-year-old man in Queensland's far north is being treated as suspicious.

Police say the man's body was discovered in his front yard by a neighbour at 7.30am
in Belvedere .. near Innisfail.

The neighbour called an ambulance .. and the man was confirmed dead at the scene.
