Seven's Leckie in serious but stable condition in hospital

SYDNEY, April 15 AAP - Seven Network chief executive David Leckie is in a serious but
stable condition in St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney after being admitted for a finger
injury.

Seven said today Mr Leckie had been admitted to hospital after injuring his finger
several weeks ago.

"A recent second graft to his finger appeared to be successful but triggered a more
serious infection which required David's immediate hospitalisation," Seven said.

The broadcaster expected him to return to work in a week or so, it said.

Seven shares were down nine cents to $9.19 at 1144 AEST.
